VerusID login, governance, and evidence without custody
ODINID helps cooperatives and merchants use VerusID for passwordless member login, cooperative governance, passive payment references, and read-only evidence workflows.
Keys stay with the user. Funds stay with the merchant's bank or wallet. ODINID operates the administrative interface and publishes live system status.

Read non-intermediary statement →Merchant-controlled commerce
ODINID is cooperative software, not a GMV tax layer. Merchants choose their PSP, bank, wallet, and customer relationship; ODINID only prepares references and records evidence.
View pricing and benchmarks →Cooperative governance
Governance is shared and auditable. Members propose, vote, and operate together instead of depending on a single vendor.
View governance proposals →Cooperative Network Operator
ODINID is a Cooperative Network Operator: member-governed shared infrastructure for identity, operations, and evidence surfaces.
