ODIN Private Chat

Verus memo rail for on-chain references + Nym/IPFS for encrypted payloads. This UI reads metadata via /api/chat/sync and leaves encryption/decryption client-side.

Beta notice: this chat is metadata-only. Funds and refunds remain fully controlled by your MCL/vMCL vault and bridge configuration; chat does not move coins, it only references encrypted payloads by TxID/CID.
